PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed belt capable of restraining the tension of the toothed belt from getting lowered by an initial elongation caused in a tension cord, and not requiring the tension of the toothed belt to be retensioned when operated initially (after the initial elongation is converged).
