摘要 PURPOSE: An anti axial force tripod constant velocity joint is provided to perform assembly and disassembly without an additional tool and avoid the interference through a slot groove formed between contact surfaces of a trunnion. CONSTITUTION: An anti axial force tripod constant velocity joint includes a housing(10), a drive shaft(20), a spider(30), a plurality of needle rollers(50), an outer roller(60), and a retainer(70). The housing has three track grooves which deliver the rotation force of an engine and are formed on the three divided positions in an axial direction. The drive shaft receives the rotation force of the housing and rotates. The spider is connected to one side of the drive shaft to connect the housing and the drive shaft. The spider is installed inside a housing and has a tripod type trunnion. An inner roller surrounds the trunnion. A plurality of needle rollers is assembled in the outer surface of the inner roller. The outer roller is rotated through the needle roller and moves in the axial direction of the inner roller. The retainer prevents the separation of the needle roller. The trunnion has the inner roller and a first contact surface(311) and a second contact surface(312) which are independent. A slot groove is formed on each contact surface.
