PURPOSE: A wallboard having a soundproof and a thermal insulation function, which has a double structure of polyester boards is provided to make the continuous construction possible by applying a soundproof and a thermal insulation function to the wallboard. CONSTITUTION: A wallboard having a soundproof comprises an aluminum panel(2), a first polyester fiberboard(6) and a second polyester fiberboard(8). The aluminum panel displays the sound insulation as a base member. The first polyester fiberboard displays insulation and absorbing functions and is mounted at the housing space of the aluminum panel. The second polyester fiberboard displays insulation and absorbing functions, and opens and closes the accommodation space of the aluminum panel.
