PURPOSE: An air fresher generator of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to uniformly distribute air fresher to the inner space of a vehicle by arranging the discharge holes of a discharge pipe in the air passage of the face vent of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An air fresher generator of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises a main body(100), a cartridge, a direction mode cap(300), and a cap actuator(400). An intake pipe(102) is formed on one side of the main body and a discharge pipe(104) with a plurality of discharge holes(104a,104b) is formed on the other side. The cartridge is rotatably installed in the main body and comprises a plurality of penetration holes facing the intake pipe and the discharge pipe. Different kinds of air fresher are filled in the cartridge. A part of the leading end of the discharge pipe is inserted into the inside(302) of the direction mode cap and a plurality of discharge holes(302a,302b) facing the discharge holes are formed along the outer circumference of the direction mode cap. The cap actuator rotates the direction mode cap at a given angle. The direction mode cap is controlled so that air fresher is discharged independently of left and right based on an air conditioner by the cap actuator.
