<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce and supply a multilayer film superior in optical function and conductive function. <P>SOLUTION: In the multilayer film having a transparent conductive film 15 in the outermost layer 15, optical films 13 and 14 having refractive indices different from the refractive index of a transparent resin substrate 11 are formed on at least one side of the resin substrate 11. The water vapor permeation speed at 40°C in 90% Rh of the multilayer film is 1.0 g/m<SP>2</SP>day or below. The optical film includes a first thin film layer 13 having a refractive index n1 of 1.50-2.20 and a thickness d1 of 1-10 nm and a second thin film layer 14 having a refractive index n2 of 1.35-1.50 and a thickness d2 of 10-40 nm which are arranged in turn from the layer close to the transparent resin substrate. The transparent conductive film 15 is made of a third thin film layer having a refractive index n3 of 1.90-2.20 and a thickness d3 of 10-30 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
