MOISTURE PERMEABLE WATER PROOF SHEET FOR BUILDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable water proof sheet for building material, which is lightweight and ensures sufficient waterproof while maintaining excellent nail hole sealability even under severe environmental conditions, and excellent in moisture permeability as well.

SOLUTION: The moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1 for building material includes a nonwoven cloth layer 2 having bulk density of≥0.01 g/cm3, a porous polyolefine film layer 3 laminated on the nonwoven cloth layer 2 and having water proof property and moisture permeability and an air permeable adhesive resin layer 4 which is an adhesive resin layer for bonding the nonwoven cloth layer 2 with the porous polyolefine film layer 3 and is formed while many pieces of linear resin 11 are arranged nearly in parallel in the planar view, wherein the width of the linear resin in the air permeable adhesive resin layer 4 is 0.5-3 mm and the width of the gap between the adjacent pieces of the linear resin each other is 0.1-1 mm.
