<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid working machine capable of accurately selecting a mode. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hybrid working machine includes an operation section, a table storing section, a table selecting section, and a driving command output section. The operation section is to operate an electric working element. The table storing section stores a plurality of driving command tables relating to the driving command for driving the electric working element to the operation amount which is input in the operation section, and having different driving command values with respect to the operation amount. Depending on the degree of attainment of an absolute value of the operation amount, which is input in the operation section, within a determination region from exceeding a dead zone before reaching a first predetermined value to reaching the second predetermined value, the table selecting section selects the driving command table from the plurality of the driving command tables, to determine the driving command to be output when the operation amount exceeds the second predetermined value. The driving command output section outputs the driving command according to the operation amount which is input in the operation section using the driving command table selected by the table selecting section.
