PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing zinc flakes containing a dissimilar metal, exhibiting much performance of the flakes and/or coloring the flakes in a desirable color tone, and to provide a method for producing a self-sacrificial rust-preventive anti-corrosive agent using the same. SOLUTION: The method for producing the zinc flakes containing the dissimilar metals comprises mixing zinc particles with other metallic particles and/or inorganic pigment particles together with an organic solvent and a lubricant, by using a bead mill, then pulverizing and flaking the zinc particles, and then affixing the other metallic particles and/or the inorganic pigment particles to surfaces of the flaked zinc particles. Further, the method for producing the self-sacrificial rust-preventive anti-corrosive agent uses the zinc flakes containing a dissimilar metal as a raw material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
