<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin environment controller for stimulating to further raise a sense of presence while securing safety in a running automobile. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rendition effect determination part 11 determines actions assigned to the automobile 1 based on sound, image, or added information of entertainment contents reproduced from AV equipment 31, and determines actuators 41-49 to be controlled based on the determined actions. A rendition effect actualization part 12 adjusts an actual actualization means and actualization timing based on a running state of the automobile obtained from a running state obtaining part 32 and running environment obtained from a running environment obtaining part 33 to a candidate of rendition effects determined by the rendition effect determination part 11.
