PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide orodispersible tablets containing fexofenadine in the form of coated granules. SOLUTION: The orodispersible tablets comprise fexofenadine or at least one pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the form of coated granules, and a mixture of excipients comprising at lest one disintegrating agent, a soluble diluent agent and a lubricant, and are able to disintegrate them in the buccal cavity upon contact with saliva by forming an easy-to-swallow suspension in <60 seconds, preferably in <40 seconds.
