PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling guide device capable of dispensing with a special maintenance operation, even when a swing operation is repeatedly carried out, and capable of restraining fretting abrasion, even when using an inexpensive general use grease for lubrication, to prolong a life of the device up to a super long level. SOLUTION: This rolling guide device has an endless track for circulating endlessly a cylindrical roller 8, and a face roughness of circumferential direction A on a rolling face 8a of the roller 8 is made to get lower than a face roughness of axial direction B on the same rolling face 8a.
