PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control a compressor even in a low load area where a rotation speed of the compressor is held at a fixed speed. SOLUTION: A load operation set at a lower limit rotation speed in a rotation speed limit operation and no load operation are repeated in a low load lower than a preset prescribed load, automatic stoppage and an automatic restart-up are executed by a timer function when the load is reduced, the load operation is carried out forcibly when an automatic stoppage condition for the compressor is prepared, the delivery pressure of the compressor is pressure-increased up to P3 for satisfying P3>P0 where P0 represents target set pressure in an rotation speed control area, then the compressor is stopped, and pressure P4 for restarting up the compressor is set to satisfy P4≥P0 where P0 represents the target set pressure in the rotation speed control area.
