The arrangement has a storage chamber (5) that is connected with a turbine (10) and staying in connection with lamellas (1) directly or by an air duct (4), where the lamellas are arranged at a suitable surface. The storage chamber is operated by air intake flaps (6) before lamella gaps and air duct openings according to a wind direction. The turbine is propelled by the developing increased pressure in the storage chamber. The suitable surface is formed as a perpendicular surface and/or a bent surface.
