The device (1) has an air flow guide (4) directing air (3) to a temperature influencing device, which is designed as a part of a stirling-cooling device (8). The stirling-cooling device is arranged in a base part and includes a displacement unit (10) with a cold side as a heat sink (11). A heat source (12) i.e. electrical heating resistor, is formed by a hot side of the displacement side. The air flow guide includes a changeover device, which selectively directs the air to the heat source or to the heat sink. A head is connected to the base part via a tubular holder.
