PURPOSE: A display method of an LCD panel and an apparatus thereof for reducing the influence of a viewing angle characteristic and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the algebra of the photographing apparatus in case of inspecting the LCD panel lighting by using a plurality of image pickup devices. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of photographing devices(40, 42) takes a photograph of a display screen. The number of the image pickup devices arranged according to Y directions is more than the number of the image pickup devices arranged according to X directions. The number of the image pickup devices is arranged according to Y directions.
