PURPOSE: A wind force acceleration system is provided to increase rotation speed of a wind power generator by accelerating outflow wind speed, compared with inflow wind speed. CONSTITUTION: A wind force acceleration system comprises a cylindrical rotating unit, a backward wind block unit(230), a forward wind acceleration unit(240), and a tail vane unit. The cylindrical rotating unit rotates under low speed wind. Vertical blades which are shorter than the length of an outer surface folded in a V-shape are connected to the front end of an arc. A backward wind block unit is mounted in the frame. In the tail vane unit, two blades are differently operated according to the speed of wind.
