PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a titanium dioxide, and a tire rubber composition using thereof are provided to improve the photo catalytic activity, the acid/alkali resistance, and the ultraviolet ray aging prevention property of the tire rubber composition. CONSTITUTION: A tire rubber composition contains the following: crude rubber including more than two components selected from natural rubber and synthetic rubber; a titanium dioxide surface modified with a hydroxyl group; and an additive containing more than two components selected from the group consisting of a filler, a reinforcing agent, and a coupling agent.
