PURPOSE: A motor is provided to temporarily change torque and a rotation speed by including a coil connection unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotor includes a cylindrical yoke and a plurality of magnets of which polarities are crossed in a columnar direction of the yoke. A stator includes an armature core facing the yoke and a plurality of coils(11,13). A plurality of coils is wound around the armature core to face the magnet. At least one or more coil connection units(21,23,25) connect each coil in series or parallel.
