The invention relates to the chromatographic isolation of bioflavonoids. A method is proposed for producing dihydroquercetin, which involves subjecting ground larch wood to extraction with aliphatic alcohol, distilling the alcohol, carrying out at least one cycle of chromatographic isolation of a target product in a column filled with a hydrophobic sorbent while eluting the sorbent with an alcohol-containing mobile phase. An aqueous solution of the same alcohol is used as extractant and mobile phase, the alcohol being selected from the group: methyl, ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. The chromatographic isolation cycle is carried out in two stages: in the first stage, the alcohol concentration in the solution applied on the column and in the mobile phase is maintained at the same level of 20-40 vol.%; in the second stage, the solution is applied on the column when the alcohol concentration in the solution is equal to or less than 20 vol.%, and the sorbent is eluted when the alcohol concentration in the mobile phase is at least 3% greater than the alcohol concentration in the solution from which the solution is applied, but not greater than a concentration of 30 vol.%. The eluate produced during chromatography is evaporated and the precipitate is dried. The method makes it possible to produce a high-purity product at a high yield.
