<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely stop an elevator on the nearest story, by detecting power source grounding failure caused in an elevator car control device by an electric current abnormality detecting circuit in an elevator control device. <P>SOLUTION: This elevator control system includes the elevator control device 2, a car control device 1 and a moving cable 16 for connecting the respective control devices 1 and 2. Power sources 3 and 8 are respectively arranged in the respective control devices. The moving cable 16 is provided with a power cable 6 for connecting the power sources of the respective control devices and an earth cable 7 connecting between frames 21 and 22 of the respective control devices. A power source grounding detecting circuit 10 for measuring an electric current flowing to the power cable 6 and the earth cable 7, is arranged in the elevator control device 2, and the power source grounding detecting circuit 10 outputs an abnormal signal when the measured electric current is larger than normal time, and control parts 12 and 13 in the elevator control device 2 stops and controls the elevator on the nearest story based on output of the abnormal signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
