<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight cable sheath. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cable sheath 1 is formed by overlapping a pair of side edges 24a, 24b of a sheet-like member 2 into a tubular shape. The sheet-like member 2 includes: a first sheet member 21 positioned inside while the pair of side edges 24a, 24b overlap each other to form a tubular shape; a second sheet member 22 arranged to face the first sheet-like member 21 and positioned outside while the pair of side edges 24a, 24b overlap each other to form a tubular shape; a space portion 23 formed between the first sheet member 21 and the second sheet member 22; and an injection portion 3 for injecting air into the space portion 23.
