<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma reactor capable of efficiently generating a gas containing hydrogen even if the temperature of a reformed raw material gas is low. <P>SOLUTION: The plasma reactor 100 includes an outer frame body 1 where an inflow port 2 and an outflow port 3 are formed and a partition wall 14 that comparts and forms a channel 13 penetrating from one end 11 to the other end 12, and includes a cylindrical reactor body 21 that is disposed inside the outer frame body 1 such that a part of the partition wall 14 is a plasma generation electrode, and a fluid that inflows from the inflow port 2 outflows from one end 11, passes through a channel 13, outflows from the other end 12, and further outflows from the outflow port 3, an introductory channel 31 that is formed so as to be along at least a part of a side 22 of the reactor body and introduces the fluid that inflows from the inflow port 2 to one end 11 of the reactor body 21 while allowing the fluid to flow along the side of the reactor body 21, a heater 35 that is disposed on a portion along the introductory channel 31 inside the side 22 of the reactor body, and an introductory channel heater 32 that is disposed in the introductory channel 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
