<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device capable of inhibiting stay of air bubbles in a buffer tank, supplying a fuel of desired concentration constantly, and achieving improvement of power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell device includes an electromotive part, a fuel flow passage to make the fuel flow through the electromotive part, an air flow passage to make air flow, a fuel tank to store the fuel, the buffer tank 28 which is connected to the fuel flow passage and stores liquid supplied to the electromotive part and exhausted from the electromotive part, and a fuel supply part to supply the fuel of the fuel tank to the buffer tank. The buffer tank has the upper part 50a formed in a conical shape, and has the tank body 50 of which the interior is sealed, liquid branching ports 57a, 57b which are installed at the apex part of a cone of the tank body and connected to the fuel flow passage, a displacement mechanism 51 which is fluctuated in a prescribed direction according to inner pressure fluctuations of the tank body, and a displacement detection mechanism 61 to detect displacement of the displacement mechanism and detect changes of liquid amount in the tank body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
