<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water crushing type mist sauna apparatus without drainage, which reduces warm water or water which is not atomized and stays in an air passage as surplus water and eliminates the necessity of a water storage means for using the surplus water by circulation and a sterilizing means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The water crushing type mist sauna apparatus without drainage controls the supply of municipal water and reduces the generation of the surplus water by detecting the generation of the surplus water and the humidity of a water permeable filter 12 by way of a pressure pump 7 for pressurizing the municipal water and a valve 8 for supplying the municipal water, through the use of a blow-out nozzle 9 for reducing the generation of the surplus water, a water crushing wall 10, a water storage part 11 storing the generated surplus water and having a water storage amount detecting means 13, and the water permeable filter 12 absorbing the stored surplus water and having a humidity detecting means 14.
