<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component (brake dust cover) for a vehicle capable of restraining a noise from being generated caused by vibration transmitted from a wheel main part to a vehicle body, without increasing a body weight and a cost of a body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This annular brake dust cover 10 is arranged between a knuckle 140 and a brake rotor 132, to cover the brake rotor 132 constituting a brake device for the vehicle from a vehicular inside, and includes a plate-like cover part 20 formed with a through hole 14 inserted with a hub in the central part, and a mass part 25 having a prescribed mass formed along an outer circumferential edge of the cover part 20. The cover part 20 is constituted to fix the vicinity of the through hole 14 onto the knuckle 140, is functioned as a spring for connecting the mass part 25 to the knuckle 140, and is functioned as a dynamic damper attached to the knuckle 140, by the mass part 25 and the cover part 20 functioned as the spring.
