PURPOSE: An organosilicon compound containing photo-induced functional group is provided to ensure compatibility with resin and to recue deterioration. CONSTITUTION: An organosilicon compound has an organic functional group with double bond and silicon atom by urea bond. The organosilicon compound has a structure of chemical formula 1, 2, or 5 in a molecule. The isothianate monomer with double bond is a (meth)acryloxyethylisocyanate ethyleneglycol-isocyanate ethylethermono(meth)acrylate or bis-1,1-((meth)acryloxymethyl)ethylisocyanate.
