SEWING YARN FOR NEEDLE HOLE-BLOCKING AND NEEDLE HOLE-BLOCKING METHOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A sewing yarn for a seam hole-blocking, and a seam hole blocking method using thereof are provided to effectively blocking a seam hole formed by sewing a cloth through a thermal processing using a low-melting point polyester copolymer and high-melting point polyester. CONSTITUTION: A sewing yarn for a seam hole-blocking is manufactured by doubling plural core yarns obtained from core-spinning a sheath roving or a core filament yarn. The sheath roving is manufactured by mixing the following: a complex staple fiber including polyester with the melting point of 250~270 deg C as a core, and a polyester copolymer with the melting point of 100~120 deg C as a sheath; and a polyester general staple fiber with the melting point of 250~270 deg C.
