PURPOSE: A plating device is provided to improve plating efficiency and prevent a fire caused by the overheating of a heater. CONSTITUTION: A plating device comprises a bath(10), a heater(20), a temperature sensor(30), and an embedded controller(40). A plating liquid is put in the bath. The heater heats the liquid to keep the temperature of the plating liquid from being lowered. The temperature sensor is integrally formed in the heater and senses the temperature of the heated liquid in real time. The embedded controller comprises program(41) for analyzing the operating state of the heater based on the sensed temperature, a storage(42), and a timer(43).
