APPARATUS, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR DATA TRANSMISSION CONTROL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the delay time of data transmission for each of queues in data transmission control using a plurality of queues.

SOLUTION: A data transmission control apparatus 3 includes: a data receiving unit 4 for receiving data from the outside; a data distribution unit 5 for distributing the received data to each of the transmission destinations; a memory 6 that has a plurality of queues 7 and stores the data distributed to the respective transmission destinations in the queues 7 corresponding to the respective transmission destinations; a data transmission unit 8 that transmits the data stored respectively in the plurality of queues 7 to the outside toward the transmission destinations; and a control unit 9 that controls a transmission rate when transmitting the data stored respectively in the queues 7 of the memory to the outside from the data transmission unit. The control unit 9 increases the transmission rate for each of the queues 7 as the quantity of stored data becomes larger.
