<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check and adjust a variations degree of a terminal array on a flexible substrate side and a terminal array on a base substrate side, and easily and accurately join substrates in a state that both terminal arrays are aligned to each other. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate joined body 1 including the flexible substrate and the base substrate, is provided. The flexible substrate 2 includes an insulating sheet body 10, a plurality of terminals 11a formed on a surface of the sheet body and continuously arranged with intervals in a short-side direction (a W2 direction), and a slit groove 12 which is formed between the adjacent terminals so as to extend by a certain length along a longitudinal direction (a W1 direction) from a front end of the sheet body, divides the front end side of the sheet body into a plurality of small pieces 10a. The base substrate 3 includes a substrate body 20, a plurality of connected terminals 21a which are formed on a surface of the substrate body so that the terminals are arranged so as to face to the terminals when overlapped, and in which the terminals are respectively connected, and a recognition mark 22 formed on the surface of the substrate body and arranged so as to face to the slit groove when overlapped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
