<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligence type transmission component and a quiet sound component, as to the transmission component and the quiet sound component provided with a linear slide rail, a ball screw, a bearing and a linear bearing. <P>SOLUTION: This intelligence type transmission component includes the first component of long rod-like shape provided with a rolling groove, and the second component provided with a storage space for storing the first component, a rolling slot corresponding to the rolling groove is provided in a storage space inner edge, the rolling groove and the rolling slot constitute a load route, a plurality of rolling components and the plurality of quiet sound components are provided in the load route, the quiet sound components are installed between the rolling components, an inside of the quiet sound component is coated with a color capsule containing a dyestuff, the dyestuff of the color capsule flows out on the rolling components, when the quiet sound component is damaged by an external element, and a user can know the damage of the quiet sound component in an early stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
