摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability and the like of output characteristics and long-term output by suppressing the occurrence of crossover due to temperature dropping under the environment of, for example, strong wind, relating to a fuel cell that uses liquid fuel. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell 1 includes an electromotive part 2 equipped with a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) 12, an air taking-in part for taking air into an air electrode 10 of the MEA12 by natural suction, a fuel housing part 4, and a fuel supply mechanism 3. The fuel cell 1 includes a fuel control part 31 and a temperature adjusting part 33. The fuel control part 31 includes a temperature sensor 32 which measures a temperature of the MEA12, and controls an amount of supplied fuel so that the measured temperature with a temperature sensor 32 comes to be a control temperature of the MEA12. The temperature adjusting part 33 includes a wind speed sensor 34 which measures the speed of air that is taken in through an air taking-in part, and varies a control temperature of the MEA12 according to the measured value of the wind speed sensor 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
