PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a turbine blade capable of suppressing displacement to the axial direction of a turbine rotor of a side-entry type turbine blade and capable of suppressing plastic-deformation of the turbine blade and a rotor, and a turbine. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure of the turbine blade for fixing the side-entry type turbine blade to a rotor disk 12 of the turbine rotor 10, a fixing member 30 is inserted to a second notch part 16 formed on the rotor disk 12 through a first notch part 26 formed by penetrating a platform 23 of the turbine blade 20, a part of an outer peripheral side of the fixing member 30 is covered with the platform 23, and the fixing member is plastically deformed to be capable of supporting the thrust force of the turbine blade 20.
