<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet by which the safety condition of an operation can be improved by rapidly and precisely giving instructions from a manager at a remote place to the person carrying out the operation by wearing the helmet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The helmet 10 includes a camera 11, a laser pointer 12 for projecting an index to a picture-taking object, a transmitting means 13 for transmitting a taken image, a receiving means 14 for receiving the signal from a manager at a remote place, and a speaker 16 for transmitting the information to the helmet wearer based on the signal received by the receiving means. The manager at the remote place can provide the information to the wearer through the speaker 16 by transmitting the signal to the receiving means 14.
