<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance testing machine capable of efficiently testing bodies to be tested different in kind. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By supplying compressed air between the top surface part 21 of the base 2 and the undersurface part 31 of the support frame 3 by an air pressure pump 8 to reduce the contact area between the top surface of a base 2 and the undersurface of a support frame 3, or separating the top surface of the base 2 from the undersurface of the support frame 3 the friction force between the base 2 and the support frame 3 is reduced, and the support frame 3 on the base 2 is made movable smoothly with a smaller force. Thereby, arrangement of the support frame 3 can be quickly adjusted in accordance with the kind and size of each body K to be tested, so that balance tests with respect to various bodies K to be tested can be performed.
