<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative device and a method for manufacturing the decorative device which allow a transparent ring-shaped member to be surely positioned in a peripheral direction, and hide the device such that a positioning mechanism is not visible from the outside, resulting in an excellent appearance, when employing the transparent ring-shaped member as a decorative ring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A decorative member 17 is arranged over a positioning pin 14 for positioning a decorative ring-shaped member 12 mounted inside a recess 11 of a bezel member 5 so as to prevent the ring-shaped member from moving in a peripheral direction of the bezel member 5, such that a head of the positioning pin 14 is not visible from the outside by a concealing effect of the decorative member 17.
