<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a command transmission control device for transmitting a command to a sound reproduction device at optional timing, and to provide an integrated circuit device, a sound reproduction evaluation system and a testing method of the sound reproduction device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A command transmission control device 20 for transmitting and controlling a sound reproduction command which transmits plurality of notes created based on at least one of a sound data, a musical note data and a frequency data, which are reproduced and superimposed at the same time, to a sound reproduction device 70, includes: a command transmission timing determination section 30 for determining transmission timing of a command to be transmitted, based on information for indicating a transmitting order of the command to be transmitted to the sound reproduction device 70, and command transmission timing indication information for indicating transmission timing of at least one command to be transmitted; and a command transmission control section 40 for controlling transmission for transmitting it to the sound reproduction device at the transmission timing when the command to be transmitted is determined.
