<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit excellent in texture and improved in workability in the fixing of a cable connected to a heater element or the like of the heater unit to a substrate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heater unit 41 includes the substrate 21; the heater element disposed on the substrate; and the cable 3 connected to the heater element, which is fixed to the substrate with an adhesive tape 5. The cable is composed of a wire bundle of a plurality of insulated conductors, and a sleeve covering the outer circumference of the wire bundle to converge the wire bundle. An end at a side to be connected to the heater element of the sleeve is flattened, and the insulated conductors are aligned in line in the flattened part.
