The device has a base plate (1) partially covering a base of a baking pan and multiple tensible elements (3) e.g. screws, or pressure elements provided at the base plate. Removing aids (7) are attached at ends of the tensible elements and produce force between the tensible elements and the baking pan. The base plate comprises multiple openings (6) for receiving drive shafts with a dough hook (2), and is firmly connected with the dough hook. The base plate is taken out using the drive shaft by changing a direction of rotation after completion of baking process.
