<p>The device has an U-shaped container fastening element (30) and an U-shaped vehicle fastening element (10) i.e. aluminum carrier plate, that is fastened to a vehicle. A housing (39) is molded at a central bracket (31) of the container fastening element for accommodating and fixing a lock cylinder (50) that is utilized as a locking element. The vehicle fastening element supports a locking plate (20) at a central bracket (11) of the vehicle fastening element. The locking plate has a locking retainer (21) for a locking bolt (53) of the lock cylinder.</p>
