A discharge head (10) comprising: a tubular member (20) which includes a flat section (23) having a tube path with a flattened circular cross-section extending in a first direction (100x), the flat section (23) including a flat first wall (23a) which is configured so that an actuator (6) is mounted to the outer side thereof, the flat section (23) being formed so as to serve as a cavity (13) having an internal volume which changes according to the displacement of the first wall (23a); and a nozzle opening (11) which is formed in one end of the tubular member (20), the nozzle opening (11) being adapted to discharge a liquid substance (9) according to a change in the internal volume of the cavity (13).
