<p>Provided is an atomizer for atomizing liquid droplets that are generated. The atomizer comprises a liquid droplet generating part for generating a first liquid droplet under the shear stress from two types of liquids that flow, but do not merge together, through the inside of a microchannel of a microfluidic chip, and a liquid droplet splitting part for producing a second liquid droplet by applying voltage to at least one pair of drive electrodes formed on the inside wall of the downstream part of the channel and splitting the liquid droplet.</p> |
