PURPOSE: A disk brake is provided to improve the durability of a boot by forming a discharge flow path which connects a space which is sectioned with a sealing member and a boot in a boot and a housing. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake includes a housing(100), a piston(200), a boot(800), and a sealing member(211). The cylinder(110) is formed in the housing. The piston moves back and forth inside the cylinder. The boot prevents the inflow of the foreign material between the cylinder and the piston. The sealing member is arranged between the inner circumference of the cylinder and the outer circumference of the piston. In the boot, a vent hole for discharging the air of the space divided with the boot and the sealing member to the outside are formed. A discharge flow path(840) connects the housing and the boot.
