PURPOSE: A plastic panel without burrs is provided to prevent burrs from being created on a processed component by maintaining a gap between the tip of a cutting tool and the underside of a panel layer. CONSTITUTION: A plastic panel without burrs is used in manufacturing semiconductor, LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), PDP(Plasma Display Panel), and PCB(Printed Circuit Board) facilities. Burrs are generated by processing a board when the tip of a cutting tool of a panel processing machine, such as a router, is moved deeper than a board layer(2).
