<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part inventory control program and a system for reducing the deficiency risk without setting, at final purchasing, a larger final purchasing quantity even in the case wherein a period after termination of production of a part which is coped with final purchase, is continued for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The part inventory control program makes a computer to execute: a step of storing the shipping result number and the inventory result number of the parts at every unit period from the past to the present in a time series; a step of storing the shipping predicted number and the inventory predicted number of the parts at every unit period from the past to the future time points in a time series; a step of calculating the difference (1) in the inventory number of the inventory number at the future time point by using the inventory result number (1) at the present time point, the shipping predicted number (1) calculated at the past time point (1) for the period (1) from the past time point (1) to the future time point, and the shipping predicted number (2) calculated at the present time point for the period (2) from the present time point to the future time point; and a step of calculating an inventory modified plan after the present time point by using the difference (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
