PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay situation notification system 10 for providing delay information in a fine timing following the request of the user of a service without imposing any labor on the user.

SOLUTION: The delay situation notification system 10 changes a threshold for determining how far a service is delayed from a date when the provision of the service is scheduled when notifying a service receiver of information related with the delay of the service based on the history of an inquiry from the service receiver.
