<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment device having a high energy efficiency and dispensing with the use of an air blower with a high heat resistance to distribute, to the exhaust gas, a gas after burning an easy polymerizable substance. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas treatment device 1 includes a fixed floor heat insulation type combustion reactor 10 in which a combustion catalyst is charged, and to which a mixed gas including the exhaust gas including the easy polymerizable substance, and a susceptible gas is introduced to burn the easy polymerizable substance, a cooler 20 for cooling a gas discharged from the fixed floor heat insulation type combustion reactor 10, an air blower 30 for distributing at least part of the gas discharged from the cooler 20, a heat exchanger 40 for heating at least part of the gas distributed through the air blower 30 by heat exchange with the gas discharged from the fixed floor heat insulation type combustion reactor 10 on the upstream with respect to the cooler 20, and return piping 58 for returning the gas heated by the heat exchanger 40 to the piping on the upstream with respect to the fixed floor heat insulation type combustion reactor 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
