<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin clay and an adhesive by recycling polylactic acid waste with a low-cost and simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The resin clay includes, as a major component, a polylactic acid of which a molecular weight is adjusted to 4,000 or less through hydrolysis treatment of the polylactic acid waste.
