<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of restraining atomization irregularity among injection holes with different injection angles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve 10 comprises a valve body 21 forming a fuel passage 26 and having a valve seat 21b formed on the inner circumferential surface with the diameter narrowed toward the fuel downstream side, including an injection hole forming part 27 provided on the fuel downstream side of the valve seat and having an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface, and a plurality of injection holes 25 formed through the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface; and a valve member 30 stored in the valve body for intermittently injecting a fuel from the injection holes by being seated on or being separated from the valve seat. The injection hole forming part 27 has a flat inner wall surface part 22a out of the inner wall surface 22 for forming an inlet part 25b of the injection holes 25, and an outer wall surface part 24a out of the outer wall surface 24 for forming an outlet part 25a of the injection holes 25, the wall surface part 24a being formed in a spherical surface 80a projecting toward the fuel downstream side.
