<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter mounting structure allowing wiring to be easily routed and connected in order when an electric appliance is placed on a counter, and having sufficient fitting support strength of the rear end even if the counter is thick, and settling a support structure compactly to improve appearance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The counter mounting structure includes the counter 1, a support rail 4 fittingly fixed to a wall surface 3 while having a recessed groove 2 opened forward to fit and support the rear end of the counter 1, and a wiring unit 5 adjacently arranged at the longitudinal end of the support rail 4. A wiring unit 5 is formed with a recess 6 opened forward to be continuous with substantially the same longitudinal sectional shape as the recessed groove 2 to fit the rear end of the counter 1, and an upper part 19 on the upper side of the recess 6 of the wiring unit 5 is provided with a wiring connector section 7.
